NHF is the health, energy and embodied knowledge initiative of Assist – Natural Health Fellowship, a non-profit trust established under Jersey law and registered for tax purposes in Italy.
Natural Health Fellowship brings together study, direct experience and practical enquiry into the relationships between the body, consciousness, energy, health and material life. It is a place for sharing what has been observed and learned, examining established assumptions and developing knowledge through continued experience.
Why Natural Health Fellowship
Silvia Isaksen founded Natural Health Fellowship to give an organised and accessible form to the knowledge and results emerging from her continuing enquiry.
This enquiry has developed through study, physical experience, fasting, observation, practical work and encounters with people whose research opened perspectives rarely represented within conventional accounts of health and human life.
Its course has not been linear. Some approaches produced lasting results; others revealed their limitations and required a change of direction. NHF preserves both aspects of the journey, because recognising what no longer corresponds to experience is itself part of learning.
The Fellowship opens this enquiry to the experiences, contributions and discoveries of others. Individual paths remain distinct, but knowledge can grow when observations are shared, examined and placed in relation to one another.
Assist – Natural Health Fellowship
Assist – Natural Health Fellowship is the institutional body through which NHF operates. The two websites have distinct purposes while belonging to the same organisation.
The Assist website presents the trust, its institutional framework and its initiatives. The Natural Health Fellowship website is dedicated to health, energetic enquiry, publications, learning experiences, individual guidance and practical activities.
This separation makes each area clearer without dividing their identity or purpose.
