1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of naturalhealthfellowship.com, including its public pages, user accounts, restricted materials and interactive functions.

The website is operated by Assist – Natural Health Fellowship. Natural Health Fellowship, also referred to as NHF, is an initiative of the same organisation.

By using the website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms. A person who does not agree should discontinue use of the relevant functions.

Additional conditions may apply to purchases, courses, retreats, individual guidance, collaborative projects, restricted materials or other specific activities. Where specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the specific conditions prevail in relation to that activity.

2. Nature and purpose of NHF

NHF provides a space for study, direct experience, observation and practical enquiry into the relationships between the body, consciousness, energy, health and material life.

Its contents may include:

  • original articles and publications;

  • research materials and external sources;

  • first-hand accounts;

  • experiential and educational materials;

  • courses, workshops, retreats and guided activities;

  • individual guidance;

  • books, products and affiliate recommendations;

  • opportunities for contribution and collaboration.

NHF does not present every published perspective as universally accepted, definitive or appropriate for every person.

3. Public use of the website

Public content may be accessed for personal, non-commercial study and information.

Users may share an ordinary link directing others to a public NHF page, provided that the link:

  • does not misrepresent the content or its source;

  • does not imply endorsement, affiliation or approval;

  • does not place the content within a misleading or unlawful context;

  • does not circumvent access restrictions.

Permission to link to a page does not include permission to reproduce its contents.

4. Individual responsibility

Users are responsible for deciding how they approach and use the information available through NHF.

General website content cannot take account of an individual’s complete condition, history, circumstances or objectives. Users should not begin a physical practice, fasting experience or other potentially significant activity solely because it is described on a public page.

Health-related use of the website is also governed by the Health & Medical Disclaimer.

Nothing on the website constitutes emergency assistance.

5. Age and legal capacity

Public informational content may be viewed without creating an account.

A person who has not reached the age or legal capacity required to enter into an agreement may not independently:

  • create an account;

  • purchase a product;

  • request restricted access;

  • enrol in an activity;

  • submit an application involving personal or health information.

Such actions require the involvement and valid authorisation of a parent, guardian or other legally responsible person, unless Assist has expressly established different conditions for a particular activity.

Some activities may be limited to adults regardless of parental authorisation.

6. User accounts

Where registration is available, users must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

Each account is personal. Users must:

  • keep credentials confidential;

  • avoid sharing an account with another person;

  • notify Assist of suspected unauthorised access;

  • keep relevant contact information current;

  • use only the access level assigned to them.

Assist may require verification reasonably necessary to protect an account, restricted material or other users.

Registration does not create an automatic right to receive restricted access or participate in an activity.

7. Access to restricted materials

Some materials are shared only within a defined context because they require preparation, guidance, responsibility, confidentiality or a particular degree of participation.

Access may therefore depend upon:

  • the nature and purpose of the request;

  • previous or current participation;

  • acceptance of specific conditions;

  • completion of preparatory material;

  • an individual assessment by Assist.

Assist may approve, limit, postpone, refuse, suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to preserve the intended context, protect participants, prevent misuse or enforce these Terms.

Any decision concerning restricted access will be made or reviewed by a person and will not be based solely on automated profiling.

8. Confidentiality and non-redistribution

A user who receives restricted material agrees to:

  • use it only for the purpose and within the context for which access was granted;

  • respect any stated confidentiality conditions;

  • acknowledge sources where permitted use requires it;

  • avoid copying or recording material unless expressly authorised;

  • avoid forwarding access links, files or credentials;

  • refrain from publishing, selling, teaching from or redistributing the material;

  • notify Assist of any known loss, unauthorised disclosure or misuse.

Restrictions continue to apply after access or participation ends where the nature of the material or an express agreement requires it.

Restricted access does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

9. Permitted quotations and references

Short quotations from public textual content may be used where permitted by applicable law, provided that:

  • the quotation is genuinely limited and relevant;

  • the text is reproduced accurately;

  • the author and NHF are clearly acknowledged;

  • a link to the original page is included where reasonably possible;

  • the quotation is not used to create a misleading impression;

  • the use does not substitute for the original work or exploit it commercially.

This permission does not apply automatically to restricted materials, unpublished works, complete articles, images, illustrations, recordings, books, translations, patterns or downloadable files.

10. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use the website or its contents to:

  • reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission;

  • bypass account, payment, download or access restrictions;

  • share credentials, protected files or private links;

  • use automated systems to extract substantial quantities of content;

  • create a competing archive, database, publication, course or product from NHF materials;

  • use NHF content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or populate an artificial-intelligence system or dataset without prior written authorisation;

  • remove authorship, copyright, watermark or source information;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with NHF;

  • submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive or rights-infringing material;

  • upload malicious code or interfere with website operation;

  • probe or test security without prior written authorisation;

  • collect personal information about other users;

  • use the website for unsolicited advertising, spam or unrelated commercial promotion;

  • act in a way that compromises the safety, privacy or legitimate interests of Assist or another person.

Nothing in this section restricts uses that cannot lawfully be prohibited.

11. User submissions and communications

Users remain responsible for the material they submit.

A person submitting text, images, recordings, translations, research or other content confirms that:

  • they have the right to submit it;

  • it does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights;

  • sources and third-party contributions have been identified where appropriate;

  • personal information concerning another person has not been included without a lawful basis;

  • the submission is not intentionally false or misleading.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, response, payment or attribution.

Assist does not acquire ownership of submitted material merely because it has been sent through the website.

Any permission to edit, translate, publish or otherwise use a contribution will be defined through an express agreement or clear authorisation appropriate to the project. Separate arrangements may be required for substantial works, translations and professional collaborations.

12. First-hand accounts

First-hand accounts describe the experience and interpretation of the person concerned. They do not establish that another person will have the same experience or result.

Where an account is submitted for publication, Assist may:

  • assess its relevance;

  • request clarification or evidence;

  • edit it by agreement for clarity and privacy;

  • refuse or postpone publication;

  • remove identifying details;

  • withdraw it where legal, ethical or editorial concerns arise.

Publication does not transform a personal account into medical advice or a guarantee.

13. External links and affiliate relationships

NHF may link to independent websites, retailers, research sources and external services.

A link does not guarantee the continuing accuracy, availability, safety or quality of the external resource. Users enter and use external websites under those websites’ own conditions.

Some links may be affiliate links. NHF may receive a small contribution following a qualifying purchase without changing the price paid by the purchaser.

An affiliate relationship does not make Assist the seller of a third party’s product and does not transfer responsibility for the retailer’s checkout, delivery, guarantees or customer service.

14. Purchases and paid activities

Direct purchases from Assist are governed by the Terms of Sale and by the information presented before the order is placed.

Courses, retreats, individual guidance and other paid activities may be governed by specific participation, cancellation, suitability and payment conditions.

These Terms of Use do not replace those specific contractual conditions.

Access to public content, donations and affiliate purchases do not create entitlement to restricted materials, participation or editorial influence.

15. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights are governed by the Legal Notice and the Copyright & Content Use Policy.

No use of the website grants a licence except for the limited personal access and limited quotation expressly described in these Terms.

The names, visual identity and materials of third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

16. Website availability and changes

Assist may update, correct, reorganise, suspend or remove content and functions where reasonably necessary.

Continuous and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where a paid service is materially affected, the specific contractual conditions and mandatory law will determine the user’s rights.

17. Suspension and termination

Assist may restrict or terminate an account or access where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has:

  • breached these Terms or specific access conditions;

  • shared restricted or purchased materials without authorisation;

  • misused an account or another person’s data;

  • interfered with website security;

  • acted unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • created a material risk to Assist, its activities or other users.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, the user may be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to clarify the matter.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent ongoing harm, unauthorised disclosure, fraud or a security incident.

Termination does not remove obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, payment or prior misuse.

18. Disclaimer and limitation of responsibility

Assist seeks to maintain the website and present its materials carefully. However, general content is provided without a guarantee that it will be complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for every user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Assist is not responsible for loss resulting solely from:

  • reliance on general information without appropriate individual evaluation;

  • unauthorised or improper use of content;

  • actions of independent third-party websites or retailers;

  • circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

Users must not submit unnecessary health-related or other sensitive information through general contact forms.

20. Changes to these Terms

Assist may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, its activities, technical functions or applicable law.

The latest revision date will be shown at the beginning.

Material changes affecting an existing account, paid service or restricted access may be communicated separately where reasonably appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.

21. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms and the operation of the website are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to:

  • mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer-protection law;

  • mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded;

  • protections that may apply to a consumer in the country of habitual residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose a jurisdiction clause that deprives a consumer of mandatory protection.
