When You Want to Go Further
Some questions can be clarified during a single consultation.
Others lead to something more practical: learning a particular method, preparing for an experience, adapting general information to your own circumstances, or receiving support while carrying out a specific project.
This is where Individual Guidance begins.
It is a focused form of personal support centred on something you have chosen to explore or undertake.
Individual Guidance is available after an initial Consultation, so that we can first understand what you are looking for and whether this form of support is appropriate.
Guidance Is Specific, Not Standardised
There is no single Individual Guidance programme.
The form it takes depends on the subject, the person and the purpose.
In some cases, guidance may accompany a personal health practice. In others, it may support practical learning, a creative project or the application of something introduced through NHF articles, tutorials or experiences.
The aim is to move from general information to direct, individual application.

Body Practices
Individual support for practices involving direct bodily experience, observation and personal preparation.
Fasting
Individual preparation and guidance for the experience of fasting.
Liver Cleansing
Guidance for approaching liver and gallbladder cleansing practices with awareness and preparation.
Other Natural Hygiene Practices
Further guidance may be offered in connection with specific practices explored through NHF.
Practical & Creative Guidance
Individual support for applying knowledge, techniques and ideas to a specific personal project.
Clothing & Pattern Cutting
Support in developing garments, patterns and individual solutions.
Materials & Making
Guidance in applying techniques and working with materials explored through NHF.
Individual Creative Projects
Personal support when a general tutorial is not enough for the project you want to realise.
Membership and Responsibility
Individual Guidance is available only to active NHF Members.
This allows guidance to take place within the context of the Fellowship, after an initial Consultation and with a clearer understanding of the person, their aims and the nature of the support requested.
Body Practices are based on personal experience, study, Natural Hygiene principles and observation.
They do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
Some practices may not be suitable for everyone and can involve significant physical demands. Guidance is therefore offered only where appropriate and within the limits of the experience and knowledge available through NHF.
Before undertaking a specific practice, participants may also be asked to read and accept additional conditions relating to personal responsibility, the nature and limits of the guidance, and the information provided.
From Learning to Experience
Much of NHF is designed to provide information that you can explore independently.
Articles, recorded material, workshops and practical resources offer a starting point.
Individual Guidance becomes useful when you reach the point where the question changes from:
“How does this work?”
to:
“How can I approach this in my own situation?”
That transition—from general knowledge to personal experience—is where direct guidance can add value.
How It Begins
Individual Guidance always starts with a Consultation.
During that first conversation, we can clarify:
what you want to do, what you already know or have experienced, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether individual guidance is the appropriate next step.
A consultation may be all you need.
If further guidance makes sense, we can then define its purpose, format and duration together.
