A Place to Begin
Sometimes you have a specific question. Sometimes you know that something in your life or in your wellbeing needs attention, but you are unsure where to begin.
An individual consultation offers a space to look at your situation as a whole and identify possible directions.
NHF approach brings together Natural Hygiene, personal observation, graphology, analogical language and the experience developed through years of study and practice.
The starting point is always the person in front of me: their history, present circumstances, habits, perceptions, questions and the way different aspects of their experience may be connected.
Looking at the Whole Picture
A difficulty rarely exists in isolation.
The way we eat, rest, move, think, relate to others and respond to our environment forms part of a larger picture. Physical discomfort, emotional patterns, recurring situations and even the language we use may offer useful information when observed together.
During the consultation, we explore these elements and look for connections that may otherwise remain unnoticed.
Where useful, graphological analysis can add another level of observation. Handwriting is a physical gesture that develops with us and may reveal character tendencies, tensions and patterns that are less apparent in ordinary conversation.
The aim is to understand where you are now and what may deserve your attention.
The consultation is held personally by Silvia Isadora Isaksen, founder of Assist – Natural Health Fellowship, with a background in Health Science, Natural Hygiene and Holistic Graphology.
Her approach has developed through years of study, direct experience, observation and practical enquiry into health, fasting, the relationship between body and character, analogical language and the wider connections between the individual and their environment.
The consultation is therefore a personal conversation rather than a standardised protocol. Silvia listens to the situation you bring, looks for connections between its different elements and helps you identify questions, patterns and possible directions that may deserve further attention.
A Consultation Can Be Enough
A consultation does not automatically lead to a programme or a longer course of guidance.
Sometimes a single conversation is enough to clarify a question, recognise a pattern or identify a practical direction.
In other situations, the consultation may show that a more specific form of Individual Guidance could be useful. This may involve a particular practice, a period of observation, practical learning or support with something you want to undertake.
Any further guidance is considered separately and only when it makes sense for the individual situation.
How It Works
- Purchase the consultation through NHF.
- You will receive an email containing a link to a secure form where you can provide the information needed for the session and upload a handwriting sample.
- I review the material before we meet.
- We arrange an online video consultation of approximately 60 minutes.
- At the end of the meeting, we identify any useful next steps together.
The service is available in English and Italian.
Before the Consultation
You do not need to prepare an elaborate account of your life.
The information form will ask only for what is useful to understand the reason for your consultation and prepare the meeting.
You will also receive simple instructions for preparing and uploading a handwriting sample for the graphological analysis.
Information and files provided for the consultation are handled according to the specific data-processing conditions presented in the submission form.
Health and Personal Responsibility
The consultation offers individual guidance within the Natural Hygiene and NHF approach, drawing on study, observation and personal experience.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency care or medical treatment. Where medical or specialist assessment is required, it should be sought through an appropriate healthcare professional.
The purpose of the consultation is to help you observe more clearly, understand connections and make more conscious choices about your own path.
Start with a Consultation
If you have a specific question, feel that something deserves deeper attention, or simply want to understand where to begin, this is the starting point.
One conversation may be enough.
Or it may reveal the next step.
Natural Hygiene Consultation + Graphological Analysis
An individual online consultation combining Natural Hygiene with Holistic Graphology.
Together we will explore your situation as a whole, looking at physical and emotional experience, personal patterns and the possible conflicts reflected in your handwriting.

Fasting, Ketosis & Metabolism
Fasting changes the way the body obtains and uses energy. As glucose availability decreases, metabolism shifts towards stored fat and the production of ketones.**
This transition creates the conditions for adaptation, self-regulation and the induction of the body’s self-healing process. Its timing and effects vary according to each person’s history, physical condition and metabolic state.
Understanding the Metabolic Shift
Clear explanations of glucose metabolism, ketosis, metabolic adaptation and the physical changes observed during fasting.
Preparation & Refeeding
Practical information about preparing for a fast, observing the body during the experience and returning to food gradually.
Guided Experiences
Carefully structured fasting experiences with individual guidance, observation and support.
First-hand Accounts
Personal records describing different fasting experiences, metabolic responses and changes observed over time.
Research & Sources
Studies, books and reference materials concerning fasting, ketosis, metabolism and self-regulation.
Who Can Fast, and for How Long?
The suitability and duration of a fast depend on the individual’s health history, nutritional status, metabolic condition, medication, previous or current treatments and reason for fasting.
Fasting may be unsuitable in some circumstances, while other situations require clinical assessment and qualified medical supervision. A history of cancer or chemotherapy must always be evaluated individually together with the person’s current condition and treatment team.
Natural Health Fellowship does not prescribe a standard fasting duration. Each experience must be designed around the individual, with particular care given to preparation, observation, duration and refeeding.

Dr. Gabriella Mereu’s work explores physical symptoms through the spontaneous words people use to describe them.
The symptom is observed directly and described in the simple language of a two-year-old child, without medical terminology or the names of diseases. The words that emerge draw from the collective unconscious and can reveal the pattern expressed through the body. Recognising that pattern opens the possibility of unlocking it through the practices developed by Gabriella.
The soul speaks simply.
Gabriella Mereu
Her life, work and development of *Terapia Verbale* and *Medicina della Consapevolezza*.**
The Method
The principles of symptom observation, spontaneous language, pattern recognition and verbal practice.
Books & Translations
Gabriella Mereu’s publications, English translations and future NHF editions.
Videos & Archive
Talks, demonstrations, interviews and original materials documenting her work.
First-hand Accounts
Experiences from people who have applied the method and observed its effects.
Help carry Gabriella Mereu's work into other languages
Natural Health Fellowship is seeking bilingual translators and cultural mediators who can help make Gabriella Mereu’s work accessible in English, Spanish, Russian and other languages.
This work requires more than linguistic accuracy. Gabriella’s method draws upon popular sayings, ancestral expressions, regional language, dialect and the spontaneous metaphors through which the collective unconscious speaks within each culture.
A literal translation may preserve the words while losing the message they carry. We are therefore looking for people who know both languages and cultures from within and can recognise the emotional force, humour, disruption and resonance contained in their everyday expressions.
The purpose is to transmit the function of the language without censoring, softening or separating it from the cultural field in which it arose.
If you have the linguistic and cultural experience required for this work and would like to contribute, contact Natural Health Fellowship.

Energy & Awareness
Observe how sensations, emotions and thoughts alter your state.
The body offers a continuous field of observation. Changes in breathing, tension, temperature, movement, posture and internal rhythm make experience perceptible as it unfolds. Attention allows us to recognise these signals before they become absorbed into habitual interpretations and automatic responses.
By remaining present within the body, we begin to observe the relationships between physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and changes in our energetic state. Repeated responses can reveal the patterns influencing perception and behaviour, while conscious presence creates the possibility of responding with greater freedom.
This area brings together practices, observations, first-hand accounts and reference materials for exploring awareness through direct experience.
Practices
Short exercises for developing attention and conscious presence, remaining within the body, observing physical symptoms and exploring the words used to describe them.
Articles
Observations and insights into frequency, emotions, thought patterns, resonance and the shared field.
First-hand Accounts
Individual experiences describing the practices, changes and results observed over time.
Research & Sources
Studies, books and reference materials related to the subjects explored in this area.
